We deliver and collect.

Rent Event has its own logistics department which will delivery & collect the goods all over UAE. Please contact the sales for more details. Our standard delivery and collection charges are based on your location and the time / day of the week.

How long can we keep the items?

For every event, Rent Event delivers the goods one day before the event, on the set-up day and on the tear down day. If you require the items for longer we can arrange this at an extra cost.

How do you pack the items?

We ensure all items are properly packed to keep them safe and enable you to move, store and repack them after use easily. We take special precautions while packing fragile & delicate items. Furniture’s have protective sheets where possible.

Can you post items?

We have special tie-up with courier companies where they can transport all the goods whether delicate, fragile or furniture with their unique way of packing & transporting it. We provide you with a return label so our courier can collect the items after the event and bring them back to us.
